When we hear the name of Albert
Einstein, we mostly just think of two things:
a) Genius of physics,
b) E=mc2.
But there is more to know about Albert Einstein than just that. Albert
Einstein is considered the greatest scientist of the 20th century. He
developed many theories (such as the Theory of Special Relativity and
the Theory of General Relativity that led to extraordinary breakthroughs).
He is the perfect example of an archetypal scientist: white messy hair,
absent-minded, and highly intelligent. Albert Einstein was a great scientist.
There are few people that deserve the title "Genius." Some even
go as far to say that there are but two men who truly deserve this designation.
Isaac Newton is the one, and Albert Einstein is the other. This feature
is dedicated to the latter, Albert Einstein.
There is a great number of sites and unofficial homepages on the Internet
dedicated to this prominent scientist. For example, the sites geocities.com
and humboldt1.com give excellent information on Einstein's childhood and early life. On
aip.org you can see what kind of a child was Albert. The site geocities.com also features his first successes and final
years. If you visit pbs.org, you will know what Einstein's merits
for being called a genius among geniuses are.
