Egg-Grape
Salad
Ingredients:

10 hard-boiled eggs
200 gr. white grapes
For the salad sauce:
3 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sweet cream or yogurt
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. dried fennel seeds
salt, pepper
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds (optional)
Cooking:

Cool the boiled eggs in the cold water, peel and slice. Wash, halve and
seed the grapes. Blend the rest of the ingredients to make the salad sauce.
Mix with the eggs and grapes. Add sunflower seeds (optional) to make the
taste more specific.
