Frankfurter Green Sauce

Ingredients:
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

parsley
chives
dill
estragon
lemon grass
2 onions
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. oil
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup yogurt
1 pinch sugar
salt, pepper

Cooking:
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

Wash all herbs and let dry. Chop finely together with the peeled onions. Put into a big bowl. Mix with vinegar, oil, sour cream and jogurt, spice, and set aside for 1 hour. Chop the eggs roughly and mix in. Add some more salt, sugar and pepper. Let rest for 15 min. Serve with mashed potatoes.
